On April 26, 2025, Girls Can Grill and Bama-Q TV are bringing the SCA back to Vegas with the Roll the Dice in Vegas Steak Cookoff.

BBQ teams from across the country will compete for a huge prize purse, bragging rights and the chance to compete at the SCA World Championships.
